Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Credentials: Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), former Captain at Garuda Indonesia with over 15,000 flight hours, Member of Ikatan Pilot Indonesia (Indonesian Pilot Association).
Bio: A native of Bali, Wayan’s vision for Bali Private Heli was born from a desire to share the island’s profound beauty from a perspective few ever witness. After a distinguished 25-year career with Indonesia’s flagship carrier, Garuda Indonesia, he saw an opportunity to create a world-class private aviation service that combined international safety standards with authentic Balinese hospitality. As part of the Juara Holding Group, Wayan guides the company’s strategic direction, ensuring every flight honors his commitment to safety, discretion, and the spirit of Indonesia.
Ibu Kartika Sari
Director of Operations
Credentials: Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS), 15+ years in luxury resort management with Aman and Four Seasons, expert in Indonesian logistics and high-end tourism regulations.
Bio: Kartika is the logistical mastermind behind our seamless client experiences. Her extensive background in managing operations for some of the world’s most exclusive resorts gives her a unique understanding of the expectations of our HNW clientele. She manages all ground operations, coordinates with AirNav Indonesia for flight planning, and personally vets every partner, from private villas to local guides. Kartika ensures that every detail of a Bali Private Heli journey is anticipated and flawlessly executed.
Captain Agung Prasetyo
Chief Pilot & Head of Training
Credentials: Commercial Pilot License – Helicopter CPL(H), DGCA Certified Flight Instructor, Type-rated on Airbus H125 & H130, over 9,000 helicopter flight hours, former Pelita Air Service pilot.
Bio: Captain Agung is the guardian of our safety in the skies. With thousands of hours flying over the challenging and diverse terrain of the Indonesian archipelago, his expertise is unparalleled. He is responsible for overseeing all flight operations, pilot recruitment, and our rigorous recurrent training program. His meticulous approach to flight planning, deep understanding of local weather phenomena, and calm demeanor ensure that every passenger is in the safest possible hands. He is the final authority on all operational flight decisions.
Elodie Dubois
Client Experience Director
Credentials: Master’s in Luxury Brand Management, fluent in English, French, and Bahasa Indonesia, former Head Concierge at a leading 5-star Bali resort.
Bio: Elodie is the primary point of contact for our clients, dedicated to crafting truly bespoke itineraries. Originally from France, she has spent over a decade in Bali, developing an encyclopedic knowledge of the island’s hidden gems and an exclusive network of contacts. She works personally with each client or their representative to understand their unique desires, translating them into perfectly curated aerial journeys. From arranging a private champagne picnic on a deserted beach to coordinating a surprise proposal over a volcano, Elodie makes the impossible possible.

Safety & Compliance Officer
Credentials: Certified Aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS) professional, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, expert in Indonesian Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR).
Bio: Rizky is responsible for the development and implementation of our industry-leading Safety Management System. He works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that every aspect of our operation—from aircraft maintenance schedules to crew duty times—is in full compliance with, and often exceeds, the regulations set forth by the DGCA. He conducts regular internal audits and risk assessments, fostering a proactive safety culture throughout the entire organization. His work is fundamental to the trust our clients place in us.
