- Air Operator Certificate (AOC): Bali Private Heli operates under a valid AOC issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) of the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation. This certificate is only granted after a rigorous audit of our operational procedures, maintenance protocols, and personnel qualifications.
- Company Registration & Licensing: We are a fully registered Indonesian entity (Perseroan Terbatas) with a valid Tourism Business Registration Number (NIB) and a specific business license for tourism transportation (Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata – SIUP). Our tax identification number (NPWP) is in good standing.
- Crew Insurance & Welfare: The well-being of our team is critical to a safe operation. All our employees, including flight and ground crew, are fully insured under Indonesia’s mandatory social security programs: BPJS Kesehatan (health insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (employment, accident, and pension insurance).
